Who Can Apply To Arrived

To be eligible to apply, individuals must meet the following criteria

  • Age must fall within the range of 18 to 65 years.

    Age must fall within the range of 18 to 65 years.

  • Individuals aged 60 and above need to conduct a "fit for work" medical certification.

    Individuals aged 60 and above need to conduct a "fit for work" medical certification.

  • A valid Professional Driver’s License is mandatory.

  • Clearance from a drug test administered by an accredited Drug Testing Laboratory is necessary.

  • A valid clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) background check is required.

How does ARRIVED work?

     ARRIVED is a transport service app that connects riders with passengers. To use the app, simply download the app, sign up, enter your destination, and request a ride. One of our available riders will be assigned to pick you up to your destination.

What place does ARRIVED operate in?

     ARRIVED is currently operating in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. We are constantly expanding our services to new locations, so stay tuned for updates!

Is it safe to ride with ARRIVED?

     Yes, safety is our top priority. Every rider who arrives is subjected to a comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection to guarantee they follow our safety regulations. Your safety is our top priority, so you may ride with assurance.

What if I need to cancel my ride?

     You can cancel your ride with ARRIVED at any time, except if the passenger has already been transported to their destination.  

     If a ride is canceled, the rider’s cancellation rate will increase, which will affect their chances of getting more rides in the future.

How can I contact customer support if I have an issue with my ride?

     We have customer support available 24/7 to help you with any problems or inquiries you may have regarding your ride. For other assistance alternatives, visit our website or send us a direct message via our Facebook page. 

Can I book a ride for a friend?

     Yes, you can book a ride for a friend using ARRIVED. Simply leave a note with their contact details when creating your booking, or you can also share the rider’s contact information directly with your friend so our rider can pick them up.
